Says nothing, how did we pay them under the table?
The only version Ive read so far is that we secretly agreed with the players to sort of postpone the payments and the players agreed to receive them in the form of a renewal bonus, golden handshake etc further down the line. I guess thats still not ok and it is a grey zone, but its nowhere near as bad as paying in unregistered cash.
