Well, what you wrote is bullshit. Andrea is the son of Umberto Agnelli (Gianni's brother) while John Elkann is the son of Margherita Agnelli (Gianni's daughter). I don't know exactly how the Agnelli's fortune is divided but Andrea definitely has the right to a big chunk of it. Also, if I'm not mistaken, Andrea makes a part of Exor's management. So to say that Andrea is a puppet and John can do whatever he wants with him is just false.
Elkan's side has much bigger share of entire coorporation than Agnelli's side...

If someone can explain which IFRS have Juve breached, Id appreciate it. Its not illegal to sell players at inflated price. If anyone the country profits, 1st from tax on sale, than tax on profit at the end of year....

Azionisti Giovanni Agnelli BV – Il riepilogo
  • Dicembre (John Elkann e eredi Giovanni Agnelli) – 38%
  • Ramo Umberto Agnelli (Andrea Agnelli e Anna Agnelli) – 11,85%
  • Ramo Maria Sole Agnelli – 11,63%
  • Ramo Giovanni Nasi – 8,79%
  • Ramo Laura Nasi-Camerana – 6,26%
  • Ramo Susanna Agnelli – 5,11%
  • Ramo Cristiana Agnelli – 5,05%
  • Ramo Clara Nasi-Ferrero di Ventimiglia – 3,53%
  • Ramo Emanuela Nasi – 2,58%
  • Ramo Clara Agnelli – 0,27%
  • Azioni proprie – 6,93%

This is what I found about the shareholders of Giovanni Agnelli BV who control Exor (50%+ of shares). J. Elkann has 60% shares of the Dicembre company (20% each for Lapo and Ginevra Elkann).

So you're right, John indeed is more influential than Andrea, however, I would not say he can do whatever he wants with our president.

"Worse than this there is only Calciopoli": these are the words used by Andrea Agnelli's men, intercepted by the Guardia di Finanza during the investigation on Juventus for false accounting and suspicious capital gains of 282 million euros, reported by Repubblica.

They say we moved around 300 millions in three seasons. The difference between us and the other Serie A clubs is that we're the only club with wiretaps explicitly incriminating us.

How retarded you have to be involved in another major scandal and being dumb enough to get found out this easy.

It happens at most clubs and wiretaps are not considered evidence in most legal systems

That will be the last nail in the coffin of Andrea. John Elkann would bury him alive. This is basic shit in the world of 'murders and acquisitions'. The Agnellis would lose over a billion in this shitstorm, and while these days they are almost above FIAT money, FIAT is still not there.

Juventus could settle with the FIGC and receive a heavy fine. The case is not as serious as that of Chievo & Cesena and is similar to that of Inter & Milan in 2018, but the pressure of public opinion today is much stronger.(La Stampa)

Would be good news, this all was a consequence of the Ronaldo deal and COVID. Paratici truly almost burned this club to the ground. Let's just put this past us and not engage in these idiotic deals anymore that result in absolutely nothing on the pitch.
