What if all this time it was not the "Trading Places" but "Fight Club"? If this guy has any brains he'd hire a coach/manager the English style - with more freedom to act on the market. After all EPL is so good, he like to suck that dick.

Just find a competent manager and give him more freedom in setting up the team. Stop this fucking experiment already, it's a circus.

I think the coach should be focusing on his team instead, preparing for the next opponent and stuff like that. BUT he must have input on the transfers or it's all pointless, not anyone can make a bunch of misfits and market opportunities work like Allegri with great tactics. So the coach goes to the management and says I need a midfielder who does this and this, then they scout a list of names and decide on one with the coach. Then they go and sign that guy. You cant just go to transfermarkt and see who's out of contract on the position you want to fill, after you spent your budget on other not so important additions
