I think he needs to sharpen up, looked a bit rushed and uninspired at times but i’d probably say overall was more or less in line with the rest of the team today and averaged ok, though he should and can do much better on his day.

He was complete non entity, not visible or doing zip for 80% of his time. Hard to remember he was on the pitch in spurts. Defenitely the opposite of what to do when you get another chance to start.

Which was kinda true, he was sharing this title with Rabiot, until Rabiot had assist to the match winner.

Nice!! Allegri can be proud of him self he took a young talented lad and killed his confidence so fast. Soon will become a worthless guy ecspesially when his son Mattia De Sciglio return in january

I agree, was probably just trying to be nice saying he was ‘ok’ in line with the rest of the team, but truth is mostly everyone played average in this one with Cambiaso himself as one of the standouts in that regard, needs to do much better when his chances come around.

Folks were pissed off that he was sent on loan last year and not given a chance here after his first game. He’s done square root of fuck since. Of all our ‘young’ players Fagioli is the only one who shows glimpses of greatness even when having a shitty day. The jury is still out on all the rest.

When you're basically given free reign to do whatever the fuck you want because the manager has no set system as such or pattern, it's counter productive, ive said for a while our players need actual guidance and not just told to go do their thing.

Agreed. Magnanelli really needs to do a better job when it comes to teaching attacking patterns.

He has technique and pace. Just let him play. But with Fagioli at LCM not Rabiot so we can see combinations

But you think it's the same though? Same Allegri with a new squad more likely to do better than same squad with a different coach?
Same squad with a different manager (Conte style.. someone who will train the team on specific game style, tell those low IQ players that we have) will do better..
Different squad of enough creative players will do better with Allegri..

The second is very much more costly...

Two good link-up plays and he was just doing the basics of a footballer --scanning the field and looking for open space.

I know it's against a 10 men milan but he deserves more minutes. He again showed he can play as an inverted wingback as a pseudo-midfielder. Also his cut in is something Kostic doesn't offer.

true, those two moves also got my eye when I was watching the game. This guy just has something more than any other wing back we have. He would probably shine bright in a team that really plays fast football. Made for Guardiola probably.

The game flipped when he subbed in imo. Hes so much more dynamic than Kostic, who just spams blind crosses. Cambiaso and Weah should both be starting
