Wouldn't normally give a shit, if not for the fact that Detroit has been my second favorite team since Billy Sims
Sims is the shit, love his BBQ, too.

They plan to throw Dante Culpepper to the wolves and have him take the 60 sacks the Lions will allow this season. But with $41.7m in guaranteed money the fans will be clamoring for him the moment they go 0-2, which will be in week 2.

Culpepper hasn't been the portrait of health the last few years, so for him to even make it out of September without a destroyed knee would be shocking.
Culpepper was just another dumb decision out of many from Millen and company.

I'll believe progress when I fucking see it.

only traded the first rounder, i dont see em picking anyone in the secind round guess they traded that today
On April 2, Cutler was traded to the Chicago Bears along with a fifth-round pick in the 2009 NFL Draft. In return, the Broncos received quarterback Kyle Orton, the Bears' first and third-round selections in 2009, and the Bears' first-round pick in 2010 -- From Wikipedia.

My response about Cutler was as much for as for you. Since I went to Italy on April 1st, I had no idea that Cutler had landed at one of "my" division rivals. I'm not happy with this, but at least he's not a Viking.

The don't call Detroit "SimsCity" for nothin'.

Myself, Pado, and Burke
Might as well have the three of us, since we are probably as good as anyone Chicago has right now.

Good luck with that , Cutler.

Looks like Chicago is going to have to rely on its combination of local, natural-born talents at wide receiver, Devin Hester and Dennis Hastert. :pado:
