    USA as a whole, No.
The US gov's terrible forgien policy, Yes. The hypocricy with the Israeli issue is shamefull.

It's not just taught out of the blue at an early age by many fathers. Our gov's actions over the years is the cause. now it's backfiring! and the Bush admin. is in a hole and it's digging deeper everyday.
As for the Israeli issue, I say just extract all influence from the region, and let them waste their own lives away. The problem is never going to end. Its futile to support anything that goes on there.

Tell me something Majed. Do you think the actions of Al-Quaida are justified?

    Ask yourself 2 questions

    1) does Bin Laden want to destroy the USA

    2) did sept 11 happen ???
    Can I use a cheat-sheet?!

    1) Yes
    2) Yes.

    nowask yourself this:

    1) Are we any safer now then we were 3 years ago?
    2) Are we making less enimies?

    1) To a certain extent, yes. Our borders are certainly more secure.
    2) I think the millions of Arabs cheering across the world when an American soldier dies answers that question. :groan:

how dare you ask that question?! :(

Of course not! Killing innocent people can never be justified. This same argument can be used to protest the war against Iraq.

AQ are being as bad as Israel. As for the Israeli issue, that's a whole other topic. that shouldn't be spread over two threads now.

Difference of opinions here people obviously we aint gonna agree.

But before everyone bashes Bush anymore.

After september 11 Bush did exactly what was needed, and he did an amazing job. Better than that idiot Clinton probably would have done. He mind it his 'top priority' to catch the Real IRA and he couldnt even do that. Yes US and UK ****ed up over Iraq. It dragged it and we underestimed the opposition. But really to say it should have been left to the UN is quite obscene. What were they gonna do? Go out and sit down and have tea and buiscuits with the man? This is Saddam Husain we are talking about here, probably the most evil man on the planet who has killled thousands. Even if he give up all his WMD, bent over and begged for forgiveness he should still have been taken out of power. Hes gone now and his country will get to execute him. And in time it will be a free nation. Thats whats important here. And they have the UK and US to thank for that.

No, I mean Iraqi civvilians and children that died from misguided bombs, on checkpoints, etc.
See those are understandable accidents, not carefully thought out mass killings.

    actually, there are similarities...

    Answer this Andy:

Did the USA use depleted Uranium for armor-penetrating ammunition durring the Gulf War and the operations in the Bulkans?

About 15% of US soldiers have reported to be sick. 25,000 have died since. Gulf war veterans were ignored for a long time by the government, but when it got too hard to cover up, they started helping.

This is the aftermath to the US soldier who were using these weapons. Imagine what the Iraqies have suffered. Since the gulf Birth defects and cancer has increased. (not just in Iraq, but the whole region)

    .........

Who the hell ordered the use of these weapons?!

That was cheap. I expect better from a law-enforcemmant person.

As Zlatan said, I answered that.

and FYI and for the info of all the other "voices of reason," not everyone who disagrees with your opinion is "one of them." The issue isn't black and white so stop thinking globally.

I hope your not like the assholes who claim that the people against the iraqi war are "traitors." Have you forgotten what this country was built on?

Good point, I forgot about that. Research in Bosnia have show that they are places where the procentage of people with leucemia and cancer has gone up by over 700% compared to before the war. Most of those are areas where the international forces either stored military waste, chemicals etc, ore used uranium depleted shells.
