Marseille matches Juventus' wages? For Amauri? That's either a fake rumour, or a very stupid club.

Why wouldn't he move for the same amount of money and a 2yr. extension.

That makes me hate him even more. :andy2:
Marotta - “The player has a contract worth €3.8m net,” the transfer chief added. “Marseille offered him an extension to his current deal with the help of a contribution from us. Amauri rejected it.”

Not until the next transfer window. Who would want a player who hasn't played or trained professionally in months? As a result, any offers would be short term and at a fraction of the value of what he currently makes.

You can sign free transfer players outside the transfer window.

This whole not leaving saga is set up for a last gasp Amauri winner in a game against Lazio, which is meaningless in the long run, where Amauri comes off the bench due to an injury. He'll nod in an Elia cross and celebrate like he won a contract extension on the same monetary terms.

He will say he is a reborn striker under Conte and just needed constant early crosses from Elia & Krasic. He will then not score again til in the 12/13 season.

That time will be for Sassulo.

It's not just Janet. We had people like Tiago, who locked the pres in a toilet, refusing to leave.

There's something bizarre about this club that not only do we find underachieving talent, we make it so that they never want to leave.
he sat there 'till 31 august? :D
