This player is a beast, he has all that it takes to be a great striker, but i swear people, i cant understand why he cant find his form. We can all bash Amauri, but the fact is that the atributes that he has make him a world class striker. But im afraid it all ends there. He is only a great striker on paper. But why he underachieves so much in Juve is beyond me. Im serious. He is a monster. Did he come to Juve in bad time, do the injuries have something to do with that?? I dont know....
In what parallel universe is this? :lol2:

Go to the early stages of this thread & have a good laugh.

The rumor that Real were prepared to cough up 50m for Amauri.:howler: If there was any substance to it at that point, i wish we could have capitalized on it.:depressed

That could have easily brought us Benzema & some quality defenders.

Has all that it takes to be a great striker...give me a break. All he has is a strong physique, aerial ability and average heading. Everything else that makes a great striker Amauri has jack shit of or just below average, like off-the ball movement and finishing. Probably the most important, defining characteristics of a good striker. Not to mention a complete lack of that thing called "goal instinct". The guy is never where he's supposed to be, no wonder goal allude him.

When I say he has what it takes, I mean he has the right physique. He has the power and the height. That's all I meant. His footballing abilities seem to have disappeared but it's unfortunate since he does have all the necessary qualities a good forward should have, just not the skills anymore.
