Bettega wants to make sure Juventus stays Italian, alot of the players they recruit are Italian. I don't think they will trade Amauri for Huntelaar I think they will try selling or swapping (plus a payment) for Pazzini and think that's the striker they have in mind of getting, and I rather have Pazzini than Huntelaar.
Are u sure? For me, Huntelaar is a better striker than Pazzini. But form wise this season, Pazzini is doing better. But one of the reason too that Hunter didn't get a fair chance i say, there is Boriello and Pippo in front of him on the pecking order

Honestly, I would take either at this point. Pazzini scores goals pretty well. Diego can be his cassano for us (as well as Gio if he ever plays). Pazzini seems to be in the right place at the right time and he just doesn't stand stagnant like "someone does". Huntelaaer I still have faith in. He isn't good by himself (similar to trez)...both need someone to work off of. I would take either.

Dude, we aren't going to spend massive amounts of money on a world class striker. At least Pazzini is scoring goals. How on earth does my post give you a reason to call me a questionable fan?

Pazzini is an average forward, anyone next to Cassano would look world class. Hunterlaar showed the standard of the Dutch league is poor.

The question is how long will Pazzini continue this form? Its been only one season when he started scoring for fun. Even Amauri was the same before last winter.

you have 2 underperforming forwards, one you easily thrown under the bus one you find excuses for, you do the math
your argument makes no sense, Deneb. Whom am I throwing under the bus exactly? How can you be so confident they wouldn't excel here? No matter what player we decide to buy this summer we can't guarantee success. We thought for sure Diego would set the league on fire, he has done nothing of the sort but I am sure you can find "excuses" as to why he isn't. I would be curious to what those might be....

Diego should be sold. We know.

Even if Diego has failed to set the league alight as much as we all hoped, he has been far from our worst player, and almost every time i have seen him play, he has seemed like the ONLY juventus player who could not only pass, but also keep hold of the ball when faced with hustle from opponents. His form isn't great, but neither has it been awful. When you compare his form to that of Amauri, Diego looks like Pele, and Amauri more like Sol Campbell playing in attack.
