Amauri Carvalho de Oliveira (57 Viewers)

At what cost would you be ok with Amauri?

  • Giovinco + cash

  • De Ceglie + Criscito + cash

  • De Ceglie + Criscito + Giovinco

  • Nocerino + Almiron + Marchionni

  • Almiron + Marchionni + cash

  • Fuck no, don't want him at all

  • Almiron+cash

I don't see there being a whole lot to this... is there any truth to Juve getting first option on Amauri and Barzagli in exchange for the Miccoli deal anyway?

My bet is the deal is essentially done and its Nocerino + Marchionni and cash for Amauri. The agent is just causing problems because they are still negotiating wage.

As well, I almost wonder if Barzagli is the actual primary target, and Amauri is the secondary objective and distractor. It seems they go out of their way to remind everyone how good the forwards are, yet they are linked to every half decent one available in Europe. However, they have a big gap on defense, and no one says a word. Maybe they learned from Milito and as soon as they announce interest in a solid player, three other teams emerge to counter-bid. So right now they announce their interest in Amauri and overpay to keep teams from bothering, while they quietly talk Barzagli and get them both wrapped up before Inter, AC and company have a chance to steal him from under their noses. Or am I giving Secco too much credit?

Sounds interesting and possible. however, as far as i'm concerned, i'l just sit back and watch the thing progress. I wondered, the last days, how everything was supposedly "done". That just ain't true. NO MATTER what, they'll wait until they reach the transfer window. Until then, everything is just rumours. I don't believe that some EPL will get him but just as much, i don't think either that WE already own him.

That said, i find the barzagli-theory interesting. I mean this is a big deal and barzagli does not seem unreplaceable after all. That said, it might be possible that he will come alongside amauri. I'd welcome him with open arms. I mean he's a starting IX defender of the world-champions, no matter how you put it. and his age is fine. As said, i'd welcome him, but let's all wait and see what happens anyway. a lot can happen til the end (injuries, etc etc)

According to La Stampa , Arsenal is ready to offer Amauri 4mln euros per year!

Do you think it`s media BS or we`re really going to lose him like we lost Milito?
media BS dont think arsenal will offer that kind of money to any player.henry probably wasnt getting that much till his last year

i hope our management has learnt smth from moggi and co.they may not have been working with him but they must know how he managed so many good transfers

I hope to god that our link to Amauri is just a smoke screen to take the attention off who we really want to sign. Moggi used to do that all the time. Barzagli on the other hand would be welcome with open arms, although i was pretty impressed by Pique in the CL quarter final against Roma.

Must agree with u here man, i really dont see Amauri being a neccesity. We have bigger fish to fry in our squad imo.
