I disagree with the comparison. Berardi is inconsistent but not because he is fucked in the mind. Balo is infinitely more talented but he is fucked in the mind.

Balo is branded idiot, everybody knows that. Berardi is not an idiot, he just behaves as damned primadonna which he is not, at least I've got this kind of impression.
Maybe Balo-light is too harsh, something like Cassano-light would be more fare, kid got too much attention and I'm afraid he is spoiled child already. Talent-wise though Berardi is not near Cassano.
