He really was pretty bad today, which is disappointing after playing so well midweek.

He seems to over think everything, ponder on the ball and waste the pass.

Morata last season would head straight for goal when he had the chance, seeing him 1 v 1 against a centre back in plenty of space only to check back near the end was disappointing.

I agree its hard to make a mark on the game when the team wasn't pushing forward as much.

But some of his general play was terrible, e.g. a completely overhit cross that was nowhere near anyone when Pogba was completely open in the box. Also passing 5 yards behind Mandzukic under no pressure on a promising break.

He was really good in midweek, I still think a goal will make a huge difference for him.
