He's not really that creative, but he's good enough at linking midfield and attack and can therefore play as a makeshift AM if needed, better than all our other players bar perhaps Pereyra, of whom I haven't really seen any competitive game yet.

Well, technically he will still be under contract with them and they can recall him without asking him. But these days players will counts a lot, and if he really wants to stay I belive they will have to respect it, or have an unhappy player.

Saying that, if he turns to be great then he is gone for sure since I doubt he would refuse the club he loves.

It is one thing to play for the club you dream of playing for and another to be benched at that club .
