It's a verbal agreement not directly with the player but with intermediaries/agents. That's not illegal.

I have a soft spot for morata. But he plays in Pjacas wing and as CF.

I dont want to hinder pjacas development but i would love to have morata back. At the same time we bought Shick and he would be worth a try to use as CF.
