Cuban Spanish is a nightmare for a foreign speaker to try and understand. The accent in Mexico is so clear and easy to understand @adRHCP but down here at the river plate its maybe even worse than in Cuba :D double Ls and Ys are pronounced as 'sh' and they also Dont pronounce the letter S fully, at least for my ears. Plus they use voseo which actúally is really simple to use and understand when you know how to use tu already.

Interesting language! Theres a Spanish thread here, im always up for a chat in there if you want to practice a bit.
Can Cuban Spanish even be called Spanish, worst there is. And living in Florida for so long I've heard them all. I consider it a dialect :D

He needs work, but I think Juve could find more use for him than rotting with Real Madrid or turned into the next Giroud at Arsenal.

Excatly. If i was him i wouldnt go back to Madrid, they didnt wanna use him in the first place, so he owe them nothing.
I'm sure there must be an equivalent case for Bayern but recently at Juve Giovinco was repeatedly not considered good enough at Juve but he kept jumping at chances to come back here. If it's your boyhood club you'll never turn down an offer from them.

That being said Juve isn't Parma or Empoli

Was Immobile a childhood Juventino? He might have been but I don't get the impression that he was the same way that Giovinco was.

Point taken but I still think that the draw of playing for team you always dreamed about in a bedroom covered in posters of your favourite players will be too much if he sees an opportunity. Even if he'd be going to Madrid to be a bench option that's a step up for him because he's not a starter here either.

He's not a bench option everyone knows Morata on form is better option to play up front then Mandzukic just his bad run was long this season and i think he knows that and Juve gets points for making Morata the player he is today no way he returns to madrid if he is a bench option(any smart person won't)

I'll translate some of the interview for you guys, aside from what has already posted here:

Q: Did you expect that the competition with Mandzukic and Dybala would be so strong?
Morata: Yes. In the biggest team in Italy and one of the strongest in Europe there has to be competition. I was expecting and I'd have liked to play more, but there have been circumstances that have prevented me from doing so.

Q: Do you see yourself in Juventus next season?
Morata: I don't know, I'm good there, we'll see.

Q: Does it affect that Mandzukic and Dybala are wholly owned by Juve (refering to Madrid's clause) and you not to play more or less?
Morata: I have no idea. That's something that the board and the coach know. I only know that every time I put Juventus' shirt on I feel like I'm good here and that if they bet for me I'll be there.

Q: England, Germany...? (refering to a possible move to those leagues)
Morata: Those are countries in which my style would fit better, but I'm fine in Italy, Juventus is a big club and I feel like home.

Q: You don't feel atracted by the Premier League?
Morata: I like it a lot because of it's characteristic and because it's more attractive for a forward, and not so tactic as in Italy. I like it.

Q: What about Madrid's clause?
Morata: It comes out every time I score. When I wasn't scoring nobody talked about it or about Madrid.

Q: Do you see yourself back in Madrid?
Morata: It's been a weird year for me. In the end what I gotta do is to focus on my game, but of course you think about your future, and in a possibility that exists and it's real. It's there.

 I don't know about uruguayans but Argentines don't really like us :shifty: so be careful with the words you use :D

:agree: that's nice, and it's not that hard, after all you've already lived here and learned everything we say, it shouldn't be different there

Juventus-Real to settle Morata

Juventus are planning to pay Real Madrid the surplus they'd make by an Alvaro Morata resale, thus keeping the striker.
The Merengues sold the Spaniard to the Bianconeri in 2014, but have a right to buy him back at €30m.
Morata's development as a footballer in the last two years has pushed his value to well over €30m, to the point that Real Madrid are planning to buy him at that price and sell him immediately for a higher sum. The potential buyers are expected to be Manchester United, Arsenal and Liverpool.
According to TuttoMercatoWeb, Juve's strategy to keep the 23-year-old involves addressing the surplus that Real Madrid expect to make from a Morata resale.
If they can reach an agreement with the Spanish club over the profit that they expect to make by selling Morata to a Premier League team, Juventus will pay that sum themselves and simply keep the striker, making both parties happy.

obviously talking out of their asses and adding 2+2 together ^^.
however, i think this is far from over if real really aren´t planning to use him themselves.
