We built the team for the 4312.

We don't play with wingers.

That's why we've loaned out Coman.

We brought Cuadrado though.

That's for tactical versatility.

We have Morata too.

As mentioned a few times I remember last year he did really well in the Champions League but not so well in Serie A.

Could it be that he's just much better suited to counter attacking football?

How will we know until he's actually played as a CF in Serie A? The 1 match he was actually played in the middle in Serie A this year against Bologna, he scored, won a penalty, and assisted.

It's bullshit that we're ruining him on the left wing, trying to force him to play as a traditional winger. Allegri is forcing him to spend far too much energy defensively and not allowing him freedom to play into the middle when we attack.

:agree:

He has never played well for us on the wing. He is a great finisher and more than capable to lead the line. He isn't going to score from the left wing. Plus he isn't creative enough to add much from that position.

The wing is a bit out of role for him, but I didn't dislike thim that much today. The spaces were closed and the team very deep on the pitch, but he was clean and in the first half had a pair of good sprints. Logically he'd give his best as a forward. I'd like too see Dybala on the right, Cuadrado on the left and him on the center.
