You think a College Football RB with NFL aspirations skips leg day? :p

That injury is just sheer bad luck.
I'm saying his hamstrings were to weak compared to his weight and speed. His quads and especially calfs are allright, but his hams arent.


Nearly every time you see this freak injury when its not caused by a scissor tackle, its when the hamstrings arent strong enough to handle it.



But the point is, that hamstrings are very largely the most underrated muscle in the body, usually neglected completely.

Today in the gym, there was some roiding brah, who weighs around 90kg, that passed by when a lifting mate was doing deficit deadlifts(pure hamstring development to get it off the floor) with just 170kg. He actually has a leg day, but since he's a brah, he mostly focusses on his torso and biceps.

He was watching my mate pull sets of 6, and wanted to see "how many he could do". He couldnt even get movement in the bar.


Hamstrings, so disgustingly underrated...
