There are growing reports Alex Sandro will sign a new contract with Juventus after they turned down a €70m Chelsea offer.

According to Sky Sport Italia, the Bianconeri approached Chelsea for Nemanja Matic and were asked for the full-back at a price of €70m.

When Juve said no to this as well, it became clear they have no intention of parting with the Brazilian.

Instead, a new contract is ready to be signed, reportedly worth over €4m per year net.

The 26-year-old joined Juventus from Porto in the summer of 2015 for €26m and his current contract runs to June 2020.

If he extends which is fantastic, why are we still chasing BOTH De Sciglio and Cancelo.

@Mark

Licht wanted to stay, and with Alves departure i think Allegri would also like to have a backup like Licht in the squad.

    Any fan forum in a nutshell really. Tuz isn't any different than the others when it comes to knee-jerk reactions.
    But it seems the hate seems to last longer on this forum.

    Will always love Sandro even if he leaves one day. Been one of the most professional players at the club. His desire for money potentially or some media cooked up incident won't change that.
