If City offered 70mil for Marcelol, would real madrid sell ?

Probably tell city to go fuck themselves

But if they said "fine, if the players wants to"

What would Marcelo say ?

He'd tell city to go fuck themselves too. Just like Isco and James desperately rejected offers to stay. Cause Madrid had accepted several for both.

Why isnt Sandro flat out rejecting the EPLOL ? If Juve offers a considerable contract, its batshit idiotic to leave this CL contender for League ROFLMAO for similar wages.

I refuse to believe he'd go there. This is a way to up his wages.

I'd be worried if Barcelona/Madrid came.

Probably there are things that happen behind the scenes we're unaware of, that gives us a very shaky image regarding player retention.
BTW, Real aren't saying "fine, if he wants to go", they're just reply LOL for every e-mail they get probably.
But we can't compare ourselves to Real sadly, they are the pineccale of european football.

The point i'm making is that just the club allowing you to leave doesnt neccecarely mean you want that too.

Some players want to be pandered and hear how irreplacebale they are. So they can stab you in the back better once they want to go.

Most players are professionals. If they win and earn well and are settled, why move on unless its an improvement ?

Juve played 2 Cl finals in 3 seasons. a genuine CL title competitor. While domminating its league HARD.

Chelsea isnt even close. And everyone knows EPL sides get torn to shreds in europe

There is 0.0 reason for Sandro to want to leave juventus for ugly ass sharon chelsea. A wage rise and thats about it.

He's a fullback. Before Sandro, 'tuz said "omg zach fullbacks are the least important player. So will chelsea break the bank for insane wages and fee ?

Doubt it. They wont offer much more than we can.

He gets 4 here if I'm not mistaken. they offer 7, which we will never offer. we won't go higher than 5 I think.
I pretty much agree with you though, but he could leave for a more competitive league... and the EPL has appeal, we can't deny it.
And with their new TV deal they get buckets of money, so that's the place to be my friend... if he has a good season he can and will demand higher wages, and he will get it.

Chelsea is not an improvement obviously, but neither does china and players flock there. so we don't really know if he wants money or a pat on the back. or both.

P.S
I do wish Beppe or even Nedved would praise players more often.. everyone needs it at some point.

2.8 mil after taxes. We want to increase to 5/5.5 mil reportedly

No way Chelsea is paying 7mil after tax for a fullback that isnt a markettable star

He earns €3M after tax right now
That's nothing. he deserves a hefy raise no doubt.
Our board need to understand that cases like Chiellini and even Bono are exceptions. Caldara and Rugani won't settle for 4-5 million a year when they become stars, or so I think, football is all about money sadly.

Reality is we have players under contract until 2020 and we let them go to EPL teams because they want to go! It's like we're Palermo or Chievo!
Not exactly. If a player want's to go from Palermo he should meet Zamparini's conditions and we all know what conditions he make and what kind of a stubborn person he is.

I think the sad thing is if we sell this guy we're pretty much confirming we're on par with a top 5-6 PL club when it comes to retaining players.

In fact, the likes of Lukaku can barely get away from Everton yet we're itching at the trigger to cash in on starting XI players. Of course, it's staggered sales and not a mass exodus to avoid fans protesting too much. But if we don't handle this market well we're cementing our place as a Dortmund esque shop for players.

I'm still shocked we couldn't even leverage an old as fuck right back and let him disrespect the club and totally bend us over.

We could have

A) Sold him for 5M+ at our leisure
B) Benched him for a season, or at least threatened too. Considering his age, a lack of training would have finished him off as a top player
C) Let him slate us and release him for fucking free. We naturally chose C because as good as we are at finding players, we're equally good at sucking their dicks to keep the peace

Even at somewhere like Liverpool, Alves would have been told to sit down and stfu until they accept a bid.

Exactly this.

This season we became the very first club ever to break the 100 million limit for revenue from the CL. If being concrete it's 109 freaking million. Why to try to cash in on our starter if we chasing after the Champions dream?

We dominated that competition apart from 1 damned half. Squad is capable of reaching it once again. Just add some fucking quality, keep our starters and give it another chance.

We need more clarity from this managment to know which way they wanna go. As for now, Beppe's talks starting to piss me off. One day Alex Sandro says he's more than happy to stay, another day everything sucks. In case of selling him he'll say he can't do anything if somebody wanna leave us. How unexpected.
Because Marotta wants cash.He isn't interested in anything else.I am starting to imagine the quantity of lies he will spread in public over Sandro transfer, not adopting in Turin included.Fuck with that pussy attitude. And over the top we will try ,just try to buy a 30 year old Matuidi ,De Sciglio or Darmian just to buy as cheap as possible.:sergio:

doesn't look good. I'm still hoping last weeks tweet of him saying he's staying is the truth.

:agree: or anybody that really cares about Juve and wants the best for it.
Hope dies last...,I already give up on his situation. He is gone.Just waiting for a embarrassing Marrota excuses that will piss me off more.

Yes they are brillaint. SPend more than everyone because you have more. You act like we have the same money but cant spend it.
To be fair though, most of the players in reals squad that faced is have been there for a while now. They have not spent as much as everyone thinks. Their net spent these last 5 years has been about 20-45m a year..

No. Im not saying Juventus have the same amount of money. What im saying is that, I truly belive Juventus could refuse offers if they really wanted.
I agree ,especially when we got something about 80 mil and 110 mil from UEFA last year and this one.
