Putting him on his ignore list when he might need some help was barely an essence of the whole thing. Cronios is smart enough and he won't get himself in trouble with warnings. I see more moderators as those who try to solve such issue and try to get friendly envierement around here, not ignoring members that've been here for a couple of years and have so many posts because they don't understand each other.

How many new names will I get anyway? :D
I see your point, but still I don't want to get into discussion about moderators here. For me if we have more than enough moderators than can put other on his ignore list if he really wants too, even though I agree that should be last option.

Ok then.

Who's banning anyone? I am simply filtering his posts so I won't read them. Also I know that he won't break the rules so I don't have to read his posts to give him warnings or whatever (not that I am giving anyone any warning anyway)
I meant ignoring.

Ok Jack.

Cronios, you make a point in your latest novel about Secco improving because he managed to sign Diego.

Is that 'improvement' not likely to be more to do with the clubs improved finances than much of an improvement by Secco?

It is great transfer no doubt, he is a promising young player and this transfer might be proved very very critical in the future!
But we cant praise or bash Secco, on assumptions, we will when the time comes judge that, considering the facts! For now, all we can say is that it is a commendable effort, to try and attract promising players for our future.

But time will tell if he grows to be what we hope and Giovinco or someone else we already have will never let him reach there!
cronios i have a feeling that yago will outclass giovinco in time. I like giovinco alot but i think giovinco will play more the del piero role and yago will be more the nedved type mixed with zidane. I hope my feelings will be right in time. but before that happens i will watch him in bari and see if my feelings are right.

Anyone who will convince Jack to put me off his ignore list, will be put in my ignore list!!
I ve struggled for 6-8 months to make that achievement and i finally did it!!
I dont mind the Elvins but it is imperative to be kept on Jack's list, i am afraid that his mental health may be harmed if he keeps reading my posts, as my posts seem to have a great impact on his mood!
I will enjoy his posts and my posts/points wont be derailed anymore by personal conflicts!

I fought hard to achieve that, please dont ruin it!

Are you implying that he didnt improve at all?
It most certainly does have to do with that among other reasons, but still,
Secco have always find a way to somehow ruined it before!
Even the most common things were a mountain to him. I for one i am pleased that he did what he was supposed to do (at last) .
Secco is now more exp and confident and hopefully the blind faith, praise and optimism (positive aura) he gets from his juventuz fans will make him a top manager, worthy of his spot...

I don't think Secco was as bad as people made him out to be before and I don't think he is as good as people think he is now.

He has improved a little (due to Blanc becoming more involved in transfers?), but I think that this summers good transfer campaign - which could be excellent if some rumours are to be believed - it is mostly due to the club's strong financial position.

And in his first year in charge, you have to consider the situation as far as the signings were concerned. They simply HAD to overpay in order to convince players they were bringing in that they could make it back to Serie A in quick fashion, and be competitive. Its the nature of the business when it comes to transfers/ free agents.

And yes, that, in turn, has lead to difficulty in selling players off. Not because teams don't want them, but because their contracts are so good, that why would they want to leave?

In America, for instance, some teams have to overpay for free agents in order for them to even go there in the first place.

Good luck with that :D

I though about adding you to mine, if only to make the pages 50% shorter.

If Secco sell DC and keeps Moli, only because of his inability to sell Moli, he will just add one more arrow to my quiver...

Stop me if I'm wrong here, but doesn't it take "Two to Tango"?

If no one wants Molinaro, then how can he sell him??

Look up Cronios, the sky is falling in your world again

Lets throw him to the dogs then!!
They will want him, if we sell him for a reasonable price, same goes for Grygera too!

PS: I thought that overlooking the Asterix comment once would be enough...

I concur with this view, as i have partly presented it a few months ago.
Esp when i tried to point out that Secco is only partially guilty for those decisions,
as he has been ordered to do what he did and has limited influence/power/responsibility...
