We wont get Van Persie or Cavani this summer. Our only realistic targets are Jovetic, Pazzini and Destro. The best one of those three is Jovetic. But hes not a CF like matri. But if we do get Jovetic and start Matri i think Matri will be capabble of at least scoring 15+ goals. Juventus definatly had enough chances to score this season, but i think Matri is more suited to the counter attack style of play, and today Conte was focusing on a 4-2-4 training and i think Matri would be perfect for that line up.

I guess such formation could be usefull when Pirlo is not able to play (injured or having rest) becouse in such way we have 3 players oriented on attack and Matri and two CM (Vidal Marchisio). In such case the absence of Pirlo won't be so hurmfull. But in case of 3 5 2 ... with only fullbacks on the flanks the genius of Pirlo is much significant. But the conclusion is that in anyway we have no any alternative for Matri. (I don't want Vucinic and Jovetic play together in 3 5 2 formation)

Matri is better CF than Vucinic anyway !

How do you rate Pazzini and Destro higher then Matri? If anything Matri and Pazzini are similar and Destro is too young to be our Main CF. Why would we sell Matri only to pay more to get 2 CFs who arent WC? We arent getting Dzeko, Higuain, Cavani, or Van Persie this season. We should keep Matri, keep Quags unless a bid of more then 7m comes, and buy Jovetic. We need 4 strikers, and Matri, Jovetic, Vucinic and Giovinco are fine. We can keep Quags but i think it would be smarter to keep Matri and not sell him and instead sell Quags.

If we sell Krasic, Melo, Ziegler, and one of Paziena or Padoin. We will have more then enough money to buy Jovetic with cash. Supposedly Ferenbhnace wants Krasic. We can get about 20m from all 4 of these players, why do we need to sell Matri? TO buy DEstro? :shifty::shifty:
