I think it was reported that Milan and Juve agreed that Matri was worth around 12m.

I'm finding it really hard to gauge what Milan are able/willing to spend right now.

I guess that is exactly what they want, though, so teams aren't going to feel able to jack the prices up on the back of Milan selling players.
