Nop but thats the job of our scouts to look for quality fullbacks. How much did lazio pay for Kolarov? Same with Maicon, Evra, Clichy, Lahm non of those guys cost their clubs more than 10 mil and some of them were youth product.

Even looking back to our own players like zambrotta, he cost us what? 7-8 mil max not to mention players like Pessoto or di livio who cost us almost nothing.

I just think paying over the odds for a fullback when we're in the building process of the team (right now) isn't a smart idea. Plus Juve didn't always have the best fullbacks in the game, players like Pessoto and Di livio at a certain time were just decent fullbacks who worked hard and got the job done (no more or less).

IMO we need a decent fullback who can defend well (priority) and who can cross the ball well when going forward. Anything more than that is a plus....
