Instead of doing a thoughtless clear out, just keep the good and sell the bad. Rabiot is definitely good with a proper coach and with fans back in stadiums I have no doubt he'll raise his game.

And please, Rabiot shits all over Locatelli. So let's not waste big money on players who won't raise the quality of the squad yet again.
At his best, yes, hes better than Locatelli (i dont think by so much). Rabiot is definitely more likely to produce a 8 or 9 performance, but he also has those where hes a 5 or 6. Locatelli is more consistent, he will have more 6 or 7 performances over a season, but his ceiling isnt as high as Rabiot.

Anyway, play him at DM and get De Paul and Aouar

Don’t fall for it. Hopefully this increases his value on the market though. Sell ASAP.
My exact thoughts..he did this last season. Rabiot is just one of those players who never lives up to his potential.

I just wonder whether zidane can make him consistently good.

And as much as rabiot and his mum dislikes it, his best role is in that anchor position.

Deschamps always had a hard on for Rabiot
Not really, he was excluded from the 23-squad of WC and Rabiot even said (or his mom) that he won't play ever for France as long as Deschamps is there. Rabiot didn't respond when someone from 23 players injured himself.
I didn't like how Deschamps bent to the right wing in the case of Valbuena and Benzema. So it could be a political decision to include Rabiot over Aouar but don't think so. Nice to see Benza and Rabiot in the France squad, for me at least.

Deschamps didn't bend to the right-wing with Benzema. He had been involved with child prostitution and blackmailing of a team mate with a sex tape.

Even a slight involvement with any of these should be enough to ban a player from the NT, let alone heavy involvement in two.

It's crazy that Benzema is being recalled now.

Cmon man, there was a trial and he was acquitted after four years of trial. With Valbuena the trial will begin but it seems very unlikely that he will be convicted for blackmailing, it was very dumb from him to get involved but 6 year absence is a shame for a worldclass striker to not be included and missing out on WC trophy

He makes the cut for France's Euro 2020 squad but Tuz favorite, Aouar doesn't...

Tolisso is also in the squad, a peripheral player @ Bayern. Coaches always have favorites, irrespective of how shit they are.

Think of Allegri and his fetish for De Shitlio and Bonaventura, both supreme Jabronis, or how Conte loved Giach and Pepe, both mediocre footballers. There's also Prandelli and Montolivo, Chain Smoking Canceh and Plumberson Failieri + Fagjinho. The list is endless.

Now, I know who I'm picking if I'm forming a winning squad, and it's not going to be the pussyfag midget giraffe.

:shifty: Do you mean Montolivo? I don't think Bonaventura ever played for Allegri.

What fetish for De Shitio? He was never even close to a starter here under Max... only rotation option when others were injured or badly out of form. And he was fine as a back-up.

As said above, Bonaventura never played for Max. And if you are meaning Montolivo, he was a pretty good mid when playing under Max.

You’re strange.

Also Digne and Giroud, i think some good players are missing there. Definitely not the best squad they have on paper
