He is, more than Sanchez that's for sure. I don't buy into RM and Barca being interested. Milan have no European cups, squad that needs strengthening everywhere and no money. They're not a competition imo. Roma is a huge possibility but it seems they turned their heads on other players...

Hopefully they get him. That would be a dodged bullet. I was all for him before but there are better options out there.

I think he was awful. So many misplaced passes, easy give aways. The display was far from a good one.

Bringing Nani alone would be a bit disappointing. I hope we spend Immobile's money towards Sanchez which I could live with. Those two would finally enable Conte to play 433/442. I'm still disappointed with the sale of Immobile though.

Don't ask me about this - I think exactly like you :D And in reality Conte will want to have everything the best his squad got onto the pitch. IMO Tevez will play LWF just to accommodate 433 with Pirlo. The time will tell though.

If we didn't renew with Pirlo I'd agree with everything. Conte won't play 442/4231 because of Pirlo it's simple. Because of Pirlo I can see Tevez being used as winger. Whether we like it or not he won't drop Pirlo nor Tevez and will try to accommodate both along with Llorente and Nani/Sanchez...

very true. And he will if the switch happens. Many here claim Tevez can't play there but it didn't matter for Conte when we played Real. Those same people put Tevez as CF in 433 which will never happen because Conte always uses big and strong CF in 433 (Llorente, Matri, Boriello).

Most probably. They don't want him here because he's not a hardworker :lol: We'd be better off with Biabiany because he runs like crazy! It's crazy people moan about lack of pace and creativity when we play in Europe but then refuse a player like Nani even for 5m.

Knowing Conte he'll play Asamoah there and occasionally Chiellini (BBC + Licht). Peluso might stay and Ogbonna could play there too in rare cases. I can't see Marotta splashing big cash for LB. That's the least problem if the switch is happening.

This :tuttosport: it's easy. 433 will be the main formation next season. Marotta will bring anoter winger or two and we're set. The transition from 352 to any other formation can't happen in just one mercato.

No problem. You can force him to run more like Jupp did with Robbery at Bayern. On the other hand you wan't teach a Pepe to be a Nani.
