    They really didn't, though. A draw looked like the most likely outcome for the majority of the match despite how you keep saying Uruguay looked likely to score, then came the red card. And yes, they were playing for a draw. But it's done now, it's over. Italy are going home and Uruguay advance.

    I unfortunately saw it coming too. Didn't even look during the corner, you could have just felt it coming. I'd easily take De Rossi over anyone in the Uruguay MF. You are severely overrating Uruguay here, they haven't been very impressive either.
