Well.. Its not like we make an offer and they reject it outright.. its negotiations.. and the reason why you hear many such numbers.. we might be increasing our offer gradually..

Probably.. and only a couple of other clubs can do that.. not all.. but can we? i doubt it..

Could there be a situation where we are offering the money they want but in several installments? From what i've read on the forums before, not a lot of clubs offer that much money in a single payment?? may be thats holding off the negotiations..
