I think we don't understand each other. I agree that 1 player can't be blamed for not winning. I wholeheartedly agree there. BUT 1 player can make it very hard for the team to win. If a team is pretty dependant on a player and that player gets sent off, the team IS in trouble. We already were in trouble, but Zlatan made things even worse. Zlatan is NOT the reason why if we lose the scudetto, but his mistake is one of the things that shouldn't have happened.

As this season is winding down, I gotta say ... Cannavaro has been our best player this year. At least unlike last season with Zambro, there are other players on the squad who have had a good season thus far... Camo, Emerson, Buffon, Thuram (for the most part), and yes, Zlatan.

Which ever thread I read I'll see someone arguing with Azzurri7, I wonder why's that. Actually Azzurri has a point there but I guess he was misunderstood.

The fact is that without Zlatan we wouldn't have gotten so many points this season, right?

So whatever points we may lose during Zlatan's ban we can't say "Zlatan lost those points for us and therefore is the reason for not winning the Scudetto", because he has already won us points. The point is that one mistake of Zlatan can cost us the Scudetto. It really isn't his fault we don't have any good back-up players but without him we're screwed. So it's quite fair to say that Zlatan's mistake might cost us the Scudetto.

See the difference? There's no reason blaming Zlatan for ruining our season or something like that because that's just absurd considering what he's done for us, but we also should take it into an account that his action was foolish (no matter how natural, I would've done the same thing) and immature in a sense that we might lose precious points because of that.
