20 players should be just fine. With 20 we can start 7 Gs vs 13 Cs (i.e. BG, Jailer, Lawyer, D and 9 useless Cs).

Of course we still need to find a narrator.

We can, but if @Alen or @Osman know other roles, they're free to introduce whatever they like.
