This rumour has legs to it. Maybe Zidane wants to come back. He's very loyal to his former clubs and doesn't care about money. He even rejected severence pay from Madrid just so he could leave the job.

Actually insane he rejected 24m because he said he is the one who decided to leave early so it's only fair. Seriously unusual lack of greed.

Look... Theres a saying that goes:

"No se puede tener dos gallos en un gallinero"

"You cant have two roosters in a hen house"

If you bring Zidane then sooner or later he will headbutt with Allegri.

Zidane is a coach, dont bring him with the excuse that "he is gonna be a director", people are not stupid, we all know he WILL be our next coach...

Agree totally with this. IMO this points to be Max final season, doesnt matter how you look at it:

-If he delivers the CL, his job here will be done, Lets face it, the guy has CR7 and a brand new season ahead, but the stakes are high and he most likely is very drained. Getting the CL trophy would be like the closing chapter in Juventus, at least for this spell. The guy would have conquered everything theres to conquer and would most likely try something else, like taking a sabatical year or getting the Nazionale.

-If he fails to conquer the CL, worst if we get kicked out in not a good way... he will most likely be blamed for not delivering even with CR7 on the roster, and he will most likely resign or get the axe.

Both ways IMO Allegri is out.

-In the end, i think he already agreed with the club this will be his final season no matter what happens and told them to prepare before hand, and knowing how is our board, always 3 steps ahead of what we see...they are just doing exactly that.

-Zidane always wanted to return someday, and this is agood moment as we are on a roll.

If this move is real, it most likely was done in unison, as it woule be idiotic to backstab allegri by putting zidane in that dodgy position. He would not interfere with Allegri´s job anyways, but if zidane was brought, IMO it is all cleared from all sides and theres no backstabbing. Everyone must know whats going on on the inside.

People are firing Max already. Don't think this has much to do with Allegri.

With Nedved partaking in more administrative duties, Zidane would prolly take over Nedved old role: be the liaison between players, staff and mgmt; be on the sidelines during training; fire players up before games; and help Marotta and Paratici with transfers (maybe he still does them all).

Would be great having Zidane in CL nights, and France is overflowing with talent now. Plus he's great for PR and has a fan following.

And yeah, in case Allegri has to be let go or decides to leave, we'd have a good caretaker manager or a longer term one.
