Juve paid half of the amount immediately and then has to pay the rest. So wil still own Parma about 6-8 million. It's unclear who will pay this amount, if Di Vaio leave juve.

cool, I didn't knew that... So DV+some debts+cash to roma and Emerson to Juve, sounds great!!!

of course juve have to pay the "promised" transfer fee, even if he leaves..

for example if u go to a shop and decide to pay 10€ a month over a year for a dvd-player instead of paying the 120€ immidiately and you give the dvd-player away after some months you also have to continue paying

but if juve sell di vaio they'll get some money they can use to pay their debts....
