Motta was the worst player in a very bad team, Grygera was the worst in a rather competitive one. Imo the biggest weakness that cost us a decent shot at the title in both Ranieri's seasons were the Grygera-Molinaro fullback combo. Motta playing awful just made our season of joke formations like Ferrara's 4312 or Zaccheroni's 4411 a little bigger embarrasment.
