    And why not?
So you really think all transfer rumours were they have a quote from a manager or a player in the article are true?
I doubt it, I think that a lot of the stories back then were written to sell newspapers just like they are now and will be in the future.

can't believe majority of the people here want this traitor back. The guy didn't even care about juve when he was in spain. The only thing he did was trying to defend his escape by unclear statements like "people don't know what really happened"

screw you zambrotta, i hope you go to milan to juvenate their defence !

What is the difference between Zambrotta and Camo and Trez?

All of them wanted to leave, Camo and Trez were forced to stay.

To me Zambrotta is diff than any-other player. I can't dislike Emerson for leaving nor I can hate Vieira, Cannavaro and all these players that didn't really spend more than couple of years....But I don't like them either. I understand their choices...spending two years time in a club wont turn them into loyal players. No question about that.

But Zambrotta, ffs, after all these years??? After turning him into the player he is now, after letting him wear our captain armband when Del Piero wasn't on the field... TBH, I expected players like Mauro, David leaving and Zambrotta staying.... but like they say with time you always get to see the real face behind each person.

And I don't really buy this that Zambrotta couldn't waste his one year in Serie B and all this BS....what he wanted to prove more??? He was already a world class player, he achieved lot of things great players never achieved before, he played with world class players and some best footballers ever in this team.... what for he couldn't wait 1year?? to win the CL?? I also don't buy that.

And what hurts more, is that when we got relegated he wanted to join Ac Milan but Barcelona offered more at that time....he even stated that. What a classy player eh?

He's a great player I admit that, I'd never forget his achievments and performances during his time with us, but even If he was younger even If he was still the best LB player in the world, I'd never take him back.

I could be wrong, I might not be good in judging, but this is how my theory goes as a football fan, you either help the ship or you get off it and never get back.

I figure out another two differences... He joined Juve before Trezeguet and Camo did, so I would expect him to show more loyality... And he was offically Nobody before he join us and that's another reason to show more respect and loyality.

If we can't relate to the players on the field, why the hell are we supporting a football team? Granted, you will not be able to relate to every single player on the team seeing that players come and go and most are mercenaries, but Zambrotta was one of them heroes that I thought were real Juventini, bleeding black and white. (deep shit right there)

Those of you that want him back because we "need him"? Come on... DIGNITY is the key word here.

I rather have 11 mediocre footballers with a big Juve heart kicking us down to B, than 11 mercenary fucks guiding us to glory. Naive? Sure.
