first, just download it and install it.
a little application comes with it that makes you change the options.
to change the theme, just do it regularly.
1. right click the desktop, click "properties"
2. click the "appearance" tab
3. change the first drop down menu called "windows and buttons" and the options in the other menu will also change.
chose the theme you want then click "ok"

i can't remember really....i havne't Downloaded wallpapers in a looong time. i gathered about 30 wallapapers when i just bought my computer and i change them every once in a while.

but i think you can find many of them on that website i just posted.

they also have Login screen backgrounds, and backgrounds for when Windows XP starts.
