Rarely have I seen a strategy work in this thing where you should hold on to a player for weeks with mediocre weekly points because replacing him might get expensive. Bargains show up all the time with injuries, players having bad patches, and favorable upcoming matchups.
I would put Abbiati in that category. While climbing in price, he's still priced like a sub for a quality team - and yet he'll be getting first team play for weeks with the Juve back line and defensive midfield.
Several of the Palermo middies look undervalued. Pinzi should ultimately be a starter on the right midfield for Udinese and he's going for a song right now. And what's up with Ambrosini's price, even if he's long been a second stringer?
