I suggest you look up the meaning of "although". "Although" does NOT mean what you think it does.
Try to understand this sentence:
"Although American football players actually move around on the pitch, I don't like American football very much."
By your reasoning I have now said that I like American football very much. Which I haven't.

On the other hand one of the reasons baseball is stupid is the fact there's not much activity involved. So anyone who came up with a game that DID have activity, but was STILL as stupid, must have been a real jackass.
