Tomorrow could be the end of an era as 2 of the world's most fantastic ever players go head to head in Ronaldo and Zz. The world cup's greatest ever goal scorer versus the best player in the world for the past 15 years or so. No matter what happens, its been a fantastic ride for both players as they have given their fans so much to admire over the years. They have had their critics but have both shown on the grandest stage, which is the world cup, they are just a cut above. Of all the players currently taking part ony Messi, Ronaldinho and Rooney have the potential to match what these guys have done in the past. Its up 2 them to take football further

I concur with you Denco it's been a pleasure following the careers of Ronaldo & Zz. Indeed these grandmasters have given a lot to football.

Germany vs Argentina is turning out to be a cautious affair. Germany is defending way too deep, I have a feeling they will pay for this later in the game.

What an idiot Pinky-man is, he thought he won the game at the 65th minute :howler:
You really do have to question the wisdom of bringing off Riquelme and Crespo a full 25 minutes before the end. A one-goal lead was never going to be safe against Germany.

He simply stopped the team from playing by taking them off. Total paralysis.

Hoping that France will do the same to Brasil tomorrow and the World Cup would be fantastic.
