Delle Ali is overrated as midfielder tho. Because he is basically just a off the ball scoring specialist, sneak into the box and find space to finish. As midfielder his qualities are down right average.

if by alright you mean Watford rotation player level, yes, hes alright. Alli thrives against garbage teams, where he doesent have to do anything except for look for space for him to score. but as soon as you play a good team where hes required to do more, hes flat out garbage. England should have played 433 with 3 CMs and 2 wingers (not Dabsse) next to Kane. i dont even know what todays formation was even supposed to be, 3142? just a bunch of random names thrown together, no cohesion, no attacking flow, zero ball movement... but they rather have nations darling Alli and overrated Lingard infront of one single mid i guess its better to go out in style than in the same boring way as ever
