If Conte wants to switch things to a 4-3-3 or any formation that requires wingers, Im sure we'll need 6 forwards...
Something like; Llorente and Immobile at CF, Tevez and Gio at LWF, Berardi and another winger at RWF.
In midfield we should preferably keep our best players; Vidal, Pogba, Pirlo, Asamoah, Marchisio and perhaps promote Buoy.
In a back four we should be looking to keep Barzagli, Chiellini, Bonucci, Ogbonna for the centre spots. Licht and Caceres for the right and perhaps two left backs, we could pay up for a Coentrao, Alex Sandro or Alberto Moreno or go cheap/free for someone like Evra. Either way I dont think our season will be made or broken based on the quality of one fullback (Schmelzer at Dortmund, Arbeloa at Madrid, Arsenal's left backs etc... they all just get the job done)

In this scenario we sell Vucinic, Quag and dont take the option for Osvaldo. Get rid of Isla and perhaps Peluso too. Our spending will be on a left back and whatever is required for a new winger, be it Menez, Nani or Cuadrado.
Those saying that blooding in two youngsters (Immobile and Berardi) will be unrealistic are wrong. A lot of teams have done it and are reaping the rewards. Bayern did it with Kroos, Muller and Alaba? Barcelona did it with Pedro and Busquets? Madrid are kind of doing it with Jese, Illaramendi and Isco somewhat? Unless one believes the pressure at Juve is more intense than at Barca, Madrid or Bayern then it's worth blooding in some of the best forwards in the league IMO.

Like in the examples above, youngsters don't need to play every minute. We'll be in Serie A, CL and Coppa next season plus there'll inevitably be injuries where Berardi and Immobile will get minutes. We should do the unItalian thing and give them a chance.

Yeah Pepe is done, which is a shame but we need to move on ASAP

Not sure who i'd take as a back up to Cerci/whoever we get on the right

I don't really pay attention to youngsters in other leagues and Serie A is devoid of wingers.
I imagine it'd be fairly easy to find somebody who's cheap and fairly decent.

i honestly don't think conte will switch formations ever.

i see two things happening.

a midfielder, being brought in. Maybe dat obiang, or dat gurarin, or dat marrone again.

and then a new striker. maybe buy osvaldo, or dat dere return of one loanee.

and maybe vidic. I can see Juve going for him. Juve gettind rid of Isla, Caceres beomcing back up to litch, and Vidic backup to Barza

I think and hope that one of Gabbiadini/Immobile will fill the place when a striker leaves...
Pretty sure one them along with Berardi will be here in the summer.
I think we'll go for Gabbiadini, and use Immobile for Cerci,or just geting cash on him - 10M for his half being rumored the price.

I'm still dreaming we'll get that WC RW like Di maria or Lamela to the wing.
But being more realistic it's probably going to be Cerci/Nani type of a player and Berardi the backup/rotation,which is good but not the best.

We can't go for the best.... not yet... one of Tottenham, Arsenal, United, City, Real, Barca, PSG, Monaco, Bayern, BVB and so on is interested in one of those players you think is "best" and we are out of the race because they have way more resources than we do...

we have to transform those Cerci type of players to WC or close to that... just like we did with Vidal and Licht... Get them before they are on the radar of those previously mentioned clubs...
