If Conte wants to switch things to a 4-3-3 or any formation that requires wingers, Im sure we'll need 6 forwards...
Something like; Llorente and Immobile at CF, Tevez and Gio at LWF, Berardi and another winger at RWF.
In midfield we should preferably keep our best players; Vidal, Pogba, Pirlo, Asamoah, Marchisio and perhaps promote Buoy.
In a back four we should be looking to keep Barzagli, Chiellini, Bonucci, Ogbonna for the centre spots. Licht and Caceres for the right and perhaps two left backs, we could pay up for a Coentrao, Alex Sandro or Alberto Moreno or go cheap/free for someone like Evra. Either way I dont think our season will be made or broken based on the quality of one fullback (Schmelzer at Dortmund, Arbeloa at Madrid, Arsenal's left backs etc... they all just get the job done)
In this scenario we sell Vucinic, Quag and dont take the option for Osvaldo. Get rid of Isla and perhaps Peluso too. Our spending will be on a left back and whatever is required for a new winger, be it Menez, Nani or Cuadrado.
Those saying that blooding in two youngsters (Immobile and Berardi) will be unrealistic are wrong. A lot of teams have done it and are reaping the rewards. Bayern did it with Kroos, Muller and Alaba? Barcelona did it with Pedro and Busquets? Madrid are kind of doing it with Jese, Illaramendi and Isco somewhat? Unless one believes the pressure at Juve is more intense than at Barca, Madrid or Bayern then it's worth blooding in some of the best forwards in the league IMO.
Like in the examples above, youngsters don't need to play every minute. We'll be in Serie A, CL and Coppa next season plus there'll inevitably be injuries where Berardi and Immobile will get minutes. We should do the unItalian thing and give them a chance.
