You can't have 3 unproven youngsters on our frontline at the same time. What if they all flop? What if they are, at best, midtable side forwards? What if Llorente or Tevez gets injured and none of those young guys perform? And whoever are 4th and 5th in that setup will not get enough game time to continue developing.

We bring 2 back at best, and more than likely just 1. I'd like to see us bring 1 back this summer and if he works out, another in the winter or the next summer.

Woulden't call them unproven, they all are ripping serie a up this season, And yes I understand your argument, what if Llorente or Tevez gets injured? What happens? We play with Giovinco or Quagliarella or another attacker who isen't near Llorente or Tevez level.

Imo I think Giovinco,Quagliarella is not a options I feel good with, Vucinic( Is good but will he leave in the summer?) Osvaldo( Is on loan will we buy him?)

Immobile is 23 years old, has played 53 serie a games, and until the summer more. And he could be in top of the scorings ( top 3 very possible) But you are right lets wait til he has played 200 games and is 28 years old.

The same with Gabbiadini, I woulden't call him unproven. Berardi is, but the player has monster potensial so I think we should have him in the squad.


The mentality in Serie A ( and the fans clearly) Just look at other teams, Dortmund,Barcelona,Bayern to name a few they give their talents the chance straigt away.

If you are good enought you play, I rather have Gabba or Immobile on the bench then Quag and Gio. No doubt about it, and give them time. They clearly are talented and they have potensial to be alot better then Quag and Gio for example.

Immobile should be brought back here after the season instead of spending big money on Osvaldo imo but I have a feeling we'll give him away for Cerci. I think he'll be bough no matter what other options are.

I can't see Berardi coming back. He'll be loaned out or stay at Sassuolo for another year at least. Not that I agree with that but if he's to sit on the bench here he better stays there.

Dont forget boakye. I know hes not scoring a bucket load at the moment but hes a good player. Either way Immobile hats off to him today to make bonera look like a fool. I know hes doing well with 11 goals and dont see why he shouldnt replace Gio, Quag or most likely Vucinic in the summer. However I do agree we cant get rid of all three of those forwards and bring in three young bloods. Berardi is a talent and very well may be or may not be ready for Juve but I think he needs to play as a starter and id keep him as sassuolo if the stay in serie A or a club that plays in europe. Gabbiadini I like his strength and physical play showed it against Juve. I dunno man Berardi Immobile Gabbiadini Boakye even Zaza. I think in terms of youngsters we invested pretty well. Will be interesting to see who comes in next season. Atleast one has to be coming in.

I agree with you, it could be good for Berardi to stay one more year in another Serie A team, ofcourse Sassuolo if they stay in Serie A. The reason why I mentioned Gabbiadini and Immobile is because they both have been really good this season. Immobile has scored 11 goals so far, this season is really his year. We must give our young players a chance to prove themself in Juventus, We have did it with Giovinco after his spell in Empoli and we did it with Marchisio, sometimes it works sometimes it fails. But that is chances you most take if you develop players.

Immobile has proven this year that he deserves a chance in Juventus, is he really worse then Matri or Bendtner was? Some people care to much about age and stuff

A very likely schenario. I would be dumb IMO to sell the other 50% of Immobile he clearly is very talented. Give them Giovinco instead, I have given up on him to be honest, he will never make it in Juventus, sad but thats the way I see it.

Giving chances to our young, talented players like Immobile has another advantage: you save up money for other areas and can actually afford quality players then because you don't need to buy many players. Not to mention those young players don't earn too much as well. What I mean is: why spending big cash for Osvaldo when we have Immobile doing so well? Save up the money for other needs and there is always need for quality players there.

Would pick any of them before Quagliarella thats for sure. He has scored 13 goals as best in a season, im sure Immobile will take that "record" I wont even compare Gabba or Immobile in potensial with Quagliarella. Let's say I would rather have them now then Quagliarella.

Very good argument to, it would save us alot of money especially in salarys. I think thats the way to go. A nice mix between experience and young players. The younger ones could develop to great players to. Ofcourse we can't bring up 5 primavera players every year. But players like Immobile, Gabba who has proved themself in Serie A. As you said to have more young players in the team, would benefit us in many ways.

Barcelona and Bayern aren't giving many 19-21 year olds chances in their sides. None of the big teams are, with very rare exceptions. Pogba was our exception. As I said, I'd like to see 1, maybe 2 brought back next year. Whether you like it or not, they are not established strikers at this level, nor have any of them played for a possession-style big club. Immobile had a terrible season last year. Yes, he has done well this year, but a knee-jerk reaction off one year isn't the best idea for his development. Gabbiadini shows flashes, but is very inconsistent. Berardi is extremely young and also quite inconsistent. His goal total drops dramatically if you take out penalties, which he won't be taking for Juve, he also hasn't scored in many matches, seeing as 2 matches account for 7 of his goals, which shows inconsistency.

Again, I'm not saying don't bring any of them back... Ideally I'd like to see us get rid of Quags, Vuci, Gio in the summer, and bring back two of Berardi, Immobile, Gabbiadini, assuming they do well over the next 4 months. If we can sign Osvaldo for less than 15 mil, I'd do that also if he performs well, which he certainly has the capability to do having scored 50 in 104 appearances his last 4 years. And he provides cover, in the chance that the two young forwards flop here. 3 experienced and proven forwards and two young guys with a lot of potential would be the ideal imo. And Osvaldo would be great as the 3rd experienced guy, as we're not going to go out and get some 30+ million 25 year old forward or winger.

I could see us having a forward line of Tevez, Llorente, Osvaldo, Berardi/Cerci, Gabbiadini/Immobile, next year, assuming we can get rid of Quags, Vuci, Gio.
