4-2-3-1 will never happen. Conte is never going to sacrifice a defensive central midfielder for an attacking one. It's "too risky" (even though basically all of Europe is using it). 4-3-3 is the only thing you guys can hope for.

Asamoah >>>>>>> Lulic

Llorente = Mandzukic

Lulic is mediocre at best

First step for improvement would be a new formation
It's not our formation, 3-5-2 is more offensive that most systems that are being played in Europe. O

What is causing us our problems in Europe are two things: lack of dynamic player in important positions and the fact we cannot counter. Pirlo, Lichtsteiner, Llorente and Asamoah are all quite limited in what they can offer. And on top of that we are not a threat on the counter at all.

If we get him I hope it does not mean we are selling Pogba.

This signing would make a lot of sense if we were planing on selling.
It makes a lot of sense when you saw juventus COULD NOT play 4-3-2-1 vs galatasaray because we missed 1 CM and we need all of them for that

Dont be a peasant. 4-2-3-1 requires 3 new players and vidal+pogba to be played in inferior limited roles, pirlo would be benched , tevez wouldnt play.
that 3man AM would be quite something to pull this off and be better

wow, that's just stupid, we have other areas that need strengthening, why strengthen possible our strongest area and leave others lacking.
because mister choco, if we play 4-3-2-1 we currently need all of MVPP to be playing.

Naingollan creates a substitution option

Perhaps, buying naingollan can be seen, as a transition to 4321 ?

    Yo Mark, which winger is looking most likely? Biabiany?
    I don't know anymore. Are we even going to take one? The names going around are Nainggolan of the DM/CM position and some wingers and CAM. Biabiany, Ibarbo, Diamanti, Menez, Nani...

    What do you guys think of Diego Capel?
    I haven't followed him after his Sevilla spell. He looked promising.
