if pirlo leaves i would go with a mercato like this:
murru for lb
jorginho (half) and nainggolan (half) for cm
berardi for rw
muriel or ibarbo as llorente sub
and one of biabiany/cerci as backup rw

sell
vucinic
quagliarella
padoin
peluso
motta
pepe
pirlo

4-2-3-1 is the way to go after Pirlo

Especially since we can use the combination of Wide players and keep Tevez happy through the middle. Obviously it's impossible atm with 4 top midfielders and only 2 spots.

I don't think Buffon has what it takes to play as a Right wing back

But nah, in all seriousness. Looks good, but I'd prefer Llorente as a lone striker to Tevez and we'd need to sell more players to land both Sanchez and Griez.

Tevez is too good to be benched, but Llorente would work much better in that system imo. It's a conundrum.

I love how you keep posting formations that would get raped in the anus by the current one

Thankfully the management wont approve of such stupidity in spending 10+mill on biabiany or cerci just to be a backup

Ibarbo and muriel as llorente sub??? Yes thats like buying abbiati to be tevez' sub

Menez more likely and other cheap solutions unless you want to part ways with some of our current starters. Players like Sanchez, Griezmann are out of our reach. I'd say anyone valued above 20m is and will be for some time.

Tell you what. Conte wants to play 424 which is very similar to 4231 especially with Tevez playing deeper behind Llorente.

I agree with you and I think it's the way to go for us. For CM positions we'd have only 3 players because Asamoah would be a LB (we won't be able to afford any better we need RM/RWF more imo especially in a 4-man defense formation). For CM department we'd need one more player and it probably should be Marrone who'd be cheap. No need to spend 18-20 on Nainggolan (considering we'd only let Pirlo go).

conte doesent want to play 424. he said that a good coach adjusts to the players he has and the current best formations with the players we have are 352 and 433. when pirlo leaves we cant play 352 and that leaves us with 433 which can be our main formation with little investing. maybe our secondary formation will be 424 or 4231 and we are gonna use it very rarely (like 433 this year)

We dont have offensive wingers , let alone offensive wingers suited to the italian game and its demands
So that 4-3-3 can be put away.

4-3-2-1 or 4-3-1-2

Werder Bremen confirms the collaborative project with Juve and wants Sørensen, Boakye and some others.
What about Berardi? I know he's awesome but I don't want to see him get benched if he returns to Juventus. A season for a big team like Werder would do him well.

To be fair, Vucinic can play as a left sided offensive winger (technically Gio can as well, but not for us in my opinion). That said, I'm not a fan of the 4-3-3 with our current squad, largely due to the fact that we'd probably end up playing Tevez out of position on the wing. I think with the right transfers in then next two mercatos we could field a good 4-2-3-1 next season, but currently we're better off switching between the 3-5-2 and the 4-3-1-2 you suggested.

4-3-2-1 with berardi and tevez behind llorente, a defensive strong midfield (vidal - marchisio - pogba, subs radja - jorginho - asa) and offensive fullbacks (on the right licht, isla and caceres, the other maybe murru but i never watched him so i dont know him). thats a pretty good formation

when did he ever suggest he doesn't?

we aren't playing 3-5-2 because of Pirlo, we played 4-3-3 with Pirlo too so again where are you coming up with these assumptions?

 you want a player at Juve, yet you've never watched him  good one
