It's clear you haven't seen any game of Torino in last two seasons. Also it's obvious you haven't seen any youtube highlights of this guy. Because of this you don't know what you're talking about.
I'm not saying he is a counterattacking only winger, but that an explosive winger tends to show his best more in a setting like small teams that tend to sit back more often then a top club and get more space on the counter. This is litterally the only valid counter argument to why someone should be reluctant to sign him so far, not laugh and nitpick over how limited he used to be in the past, when current performances is all that matters. Its not unheard of 25 year old has a breakout in his career and stays at this level from now on.
And lol at the Youtube highlights bit, dont worry, I'll hurry up and do that

Btw, this is a player I seen since he was in his teen years, so I know what type of player he is even if the performances has varied. Right now he seems more complete attacking weapon unlike last time he had a blistering headline catching form in Fiorentina few years back, where he was scoring at every touch for half a season, but he didnt impress me then because he didnt do much in overall play, like nowadays where he tends to dominate proceedings regardless of he scores or not (and no, thankfully I dont tend to watch much Torino games, except when they are facing good opponents).

I agree, altho i'll still say, he could be a good filler winger if we pay a nice price.
But he offcourse wont be a starter cause he'll suffer giovincoitis. Unable to play from a non counterattacking playstyle
I would buy him if its a good price yeah, dont think we would look after or find much better options then him anymore, unless they are hidden gems, quality wingers tend to be spoken for already, and frown upon the Italian league

Besides less profile then other top leagues, its seriously a league that doesnt value wingers at all.
