Thats bullshit. He's currently earning that much, and for that contractlenght at his age, no we should work with a lower wage and performance related bonusses.

No, because currently we have no regista. Pogba is most ideally used in marchisio's spot, not pirlo. He has massive BtB or holding mid potential. But putting pogba in pirlo's place, massively decreases creativity. it can be used in a diffrent tactic, like 4-3-1-2 where a CAM is introduced (or marchisio).

So what will basically happen is two players for the same spot, and the one beeing sharper in training getting the starting shirt

Imo, thats the ideal situation. its not good pirlo had no competition whatsoever for that place.
