I dont know. I think he lacks in defensive ability to play there (for juventus)

I'd like to see how he does on the flank. But even then...a juventus player allways needs good aggression and workrate, with decent defensive skills

I do think if he leaves united, he'll find other suiters. Cause i can imagine his price and wage would be high if he moved

15m seems like a reasonable offer considering his contract expires in a couple of years, and lazio aren't excalty known for being strong negotiators

you think 4 players for 3 positions is a good idea?

this remidns me of people who only wanted 4 forwards
It's far from perfect but again you try to solve problems of our bench while we still have no players for starting 11. Once Licht is injured, we have nobody to replace him. Are you happy with perspective of Padoin or Isla vs Ronaldo? You could say Padoin is solid but on the other side it's even worse. Asamoah is out and who do we put there? De Ceglie?

Smart move would be to switch to 4231. Then you have 2 DMs and trequartista/ss which would be taken by Tevez most of the time. Pogba, Vidal, Asamoah and Marchisio is enough to cover 2 DM positions and one of them would occasionally play as ss/treq when we'd want a more defensive approach.

My feeling is that we need to move on from 352 with time. As for now we have no one able to play RWF according to Conte and a player of this profile would be useful now (Real Madrid games for example). How long will it take to address our actual problems?

Not renewing with Pirlo will be a terrible mistake. The man has plenty to offer.. and his passing continues to be the best in the world by a mile. He just needs to rest more often. He'll probably retire from international football after the world cup anyway and we could get Alonso for free to rotate with him against weaker opposition.

Radja or Hernanes are a few levels below him when all 3 are having a good day and they are almost as inconsistent as he is at his current age.

Its not like Radja and hernanes are giving top level performances every week making headlines. Pirlo is still amongst the world's best 3 CMs at worse.

If we were to switch to a 4-2-3-1 we would have asa, vidal, pogba, and marchisio and pirlo(if we renew his contract). I dont see how getting naggigolan and hernanes is cheaper then getting 2 wingers. Say we get menez(free) and someone like nani or lavezzi most likely costing around 20m. While nagg alone will be around 18m and hernanes would be at least 15m. If we change to a 2 man midfield then that wouldnt make any sense. If we were to change to a 3 man midfield we would still need a winger.

I'd like some wingers.

Getting Cuadrado and Lulic for the right and left respectively would be a wet dream for me. If we were to discount Fiorentina being sour cunts, it is a very realistic operation too.

I expect both Pirlo and Quags to move on next year too.

Out: Pirlo, Quag, Peluso (if we get a quality LB).
In: Cuadrado, Lulic, Nainggolan.

That still leaves a very solid midfield, although one missing the creative brilliance of Pirlo. That should hopefully be offset by the added tactical flexibility of having wingers. 4-2-3-1, 4-3-3, 4-3-1-2, 3-5-2, 3-4-1-2 are all in play here, if we're to focus on actual formations.

Wingers aren't the endlösung for every match situation and every opponent, but our total lack of them will be an issue going forward. Getting the right wingers for Italy is exceedingly difficult, though.

If Conte intends on changing formations or including a second formation then we still need a winger. Why can't we just bring Marrone back if we are in that need of a cm?
