Sorry Lion but being benched in a rich club doesn't mean jackshit. Take Rafinha at Bayern for instance. He had his ass glued to the bench in the Heynkes era, but now he's a starter for Guardiola. Is he cack or is he great?! I think it all goes down to the formation and what the coach demands for a specific role in his team.
Tevez would be our least worry if we switched to 433. He should be given more of a free role in any formation we play anyway. He's a very unique player who knows when to be in the middle and when to shift to the wing.
Bonucci could play in 4 man defense but he'd have to improve 1v1. As for now he'd go to the bench and Chiellini-Barzagli would be starters.
Isla is useless. Sorry to say that but he has to leave.

First of all, people need to understand there isnt such thing as a wintermercato. Its a phenomenon shoved up our arse by the cheap media.
Winter is a period in wich the transferwindow opens for massive panicbuys, or buys from rich ass teams that dont care wether a player costs double the value or not.
Juve will only use it for emergency's. Like the strikerline ravaged by injuries in the first, nothing in the second (iirc), and ACON+failceglie in the third year of marotta.
So, we wont do marquee signings there. Not economically interesting

We will likely do this season with the 3-5-2 or 4-3-1-2. Both formations suit us pretty good.
"giovinco starting on the wing" is offcourse nonsense. People need to realise when he enters the game as a substitute, conte does it cause there is plenty of space wich he can use. Offcourse as a starter he doesnt have that and is entirely useless. Please stop the posts about "giovinco can add something to the wing".
No, as a starter, he cant. As a late sub, he usually makes a few runs that are nice, and is so, so very useless apart from those. Untill that one goal wich he actually held his composure..
If giovinco cannot keep his composure like that more often, then we should move on. I dont really care that he can run nice rushes in a gap without defenders. He is a pure offensive option so he should make an impact to the scoreline when brought on.
SO, after this season, we can look to evaluate, and must take conclusions.
Does isla keeps beeing cack ?
Did giovinco score or assist more goals that impacted the result of a game ?
Does de ceglie deserves a better threatment as del piero/trezeguet/cammoranesi/nedved ?
Is it time to move on for buffon and pirlo
What value does vucinic and qualgiarella still offer ?
How far did we go in the cl, or more importantly, how much money did we make from it ?
what is our summer budget, considering the actual turnover ?
The way i see it, we could transition into a 4-2-3-1. This solves many issues like the regista. But creates new issues :
We need workhorse wingers with an offensive endproduct. Its a very tight niche, and highly important since they carry the creativity we lost with pirlo, and then some
thing is, we need 2. We got none. Pepe is a good bench option but isnt offering the offensive.
