He's not a workhorse by any stretch of the imagination but he tracks back sufficiently. He's a good winger.

I've said it before but i'll say it again anyway. Menez is as good as it gets for a free agent. If we get him then use our modest budget to get Coentrao on the cheap (Or even a season long loan) and one top player who's not free, then we'll be improving our squad without a single unrealistic signing.


As for the rumours of Adidas bringing us a player. Going to believe it when I see it. You always see these rumours and they seemingly never amount to anything.

I don't really take performances into account as much as I usually do when people go to Madrid

They have a gift for turning quality players into confidence lacking scrubs. He was highly rated at Benfica. Good defensive and attacking qualities. I'd take a chance on him for a small price any day of the week.

Plus no full back is gonna have a fun time with that dick Ronaldo infront of them.
