If they are strikers in his mind, then its a 45-3-3 in his mind. Wich is what he did 2 years ago

Thing is, in terms of presssing, aggression and workrate, both sanchez and lavezzi are much superior to vucinic, even rivalling pepe.

But one mistake you cannot make is name giovinco in the same phrase with those 3.

Giovinco is a pure offensive winger. Offers nothing in defence. Vucinic runs and presses as asked. Lavezzi and sanchez press and work like mad. That is whats making the major diffrence.

When conte says "bitches please i cant switch to 4-3-3 cause of the pepe", what he actually means is "i dont have wingers with high workrate, pressing and aggression".

Wich is why i name sanchez and lavezzi as examples.
Wow I'm impressed. You finally pick up the idea of what most 433/4231 supporters want here  It's not I want flashy dribblers but possession football with hardworking wingers. It worked very well for us in the past (2011 - 2012 season).

I agree Lavezzi Sanchez would be ideal for our case. They are what we need in terms of wingers for 433/4231.

Agreed really. The best way is allways the get the most out of keyplayers, while looking at the best possible formation to do so.

We got killer cm's, an excellent creative deeplying striker, a complete target lone forward...

All we need is 2 workhorse wingers that add something offensively
Yeah completely agree. Two wingers would be ideal but I'll settle for one in the coming winter/summer transfer windows.

Adding to that I think we're one player away from 433/4231. It would be perfect to get LB and two more advanced wingers but that's not actually possible to get all of them so fast.

What I'd like to see would be:

Buffon
Licht/Caceres - Barzagli/Bonucci - Chiellini/Ogbonna - Caceres/Peluso
Vidal/Marchisio - Pogba/Asamoah
Sanchez/Pepe - Tevez/Vidal - Vucicnic/Giovinco
Llorente/Quag

IMO that's one hell of a team that has very good subs and is almost complete. That RM/RWF player is all we're missing. Considering Tevez likes to play in the middle we'd have to use Vucinic/Giovinco for LM/LWF which is why we don't need a super quality LB. Guys like Caceres and Peluso will get their job done by sticking more to defending than actually going forward.

I think this is possible to do and affordable. One quality player and we're ready to go.

I also agree with @DelPiero84 who said we should look to thin our squad a bit. Players like Isla and De Ceglie should leave immediately. Letting Pirlo go could be a possibility also, he's on 3.5m/year but he seems more like being past it (I'd like to be wrong but can't help it at the moment).
Reducing squad number and wage bill should allow us to save some money without dropping quality of our squad.

"Picking up the idea" is actually insulting to me.

i've been a 4-2-3-1 fanboy since 2008. And its completely diffrent from 4-3-3.

but you couldnt possibly know so dont worry ;)

As for the formation. sanchez and vucinic can indeed work as a transitional thing, but giovinco isnt.

See, i described in detail these workhorse wingers, and i will definatly state, for my idea (alexjuventino has the same) of 4-2-3-1 , giovinco is the polar oppositie of the winger we need.

Preferably, when winning the game, you will want to put giovinco in the tevez position, not the wing. Keep strong working wings to close everything down.

but have giovinco in the center just picking out where the space is and run into it. Its what he's best at really. in this system, a giovinco WITH COMPOSURE is quite the asset to have. Not as a starter, but excellent as a sub

I like the idea of shelving Isla (de celgie will not land much, but free's up a bit of wage). I dont know what budget we'll have in the summer, but i'm quite certain barcelona will want to sell sanchez at anyone offering a reasonable amount. He doesnt fit barcelona. He does halfdecent now, but its not the udinese sanchez and barcelona will want to have a much better performing player.

Lavezzi....sorry alex... i'm afraid he's gone.

i would rather sell vucinic (he is getting too old) and maybe retain pirlo (he is old but he is gold) and stick to 4-3-3 with

Buffon
Licht/Caceres - Barzagli/Bonucci - Chiellini/Ogbonna - Contrao/Kolarov/Alexsandro
Vidal/Marchisio - Pirlo - Pogba/Asamoah
Nani/Pepe- Llorente/Tevez- Griezmann/Giovinco

If pirlo is too tired then switch to a 4-2-3-1 with tevez behind llorente.

Lavezzi has weak end product IMO. Tireless runner but questionable around the box. Not sure if he can play in slowed down games with tight defenses.

Would probably prefer Nani to him taking into account the price difference.
