For the next summer I would reduce the size of our squad a little bit. Some basic changes would include releasing or selling some of the older/injured players or the players that have become surplus for our requirements. Player like Pepe - who I don't believe will regain his previous form - is costing us 2.6m per year, which I find quite absurd and hope this situation gets settled very soon. Pirlo is rapidly declining and he as well fits into that category.
Out:
gross wages + transfers (euros)
Pirlo 7m +0
Padoin 1.4m +0.5m
PDC 2.6m + 3m
Motta 1.2m + 1.5m
Pepe 2.6m + 0m (mutual termination)
Quag 4.2m + 5m
Isla 2.8m

Total 31.8m
In:
gross wages + transfers (euros)
Jorginho 3.2m + 10m
Radja 4m + 15m
Menez 6m + 0

Total 28.2m
With players like Menez and Jorginho we would gain so much needed versatility. This is especially referring to Jorginho who can basically occupy any spot in the middle. Radja although costly could provide excellent backup for our starters in the midfield and might as well challenge them for the starting spot.
Starting XI with subs:
Buffon (Storrari)
Licht (Cacares)-Barzagli (Bonucci)-Chiellini-(Ogbonna)-Cacares (Peluso)
Vidal (Radja)-Pogba (Jorginho)-Asamoah (Marchisio)
(Jorginho) Menez-Llorente (Vucinic)-Tevez (Giovinco)
For further depth I'd would give chance to some of our promising players from younger selections. Needles to say that we would reduce wages for 8m euros and would do a little bit of preparing for the summer 2015, when I expect more funds available for investments.
