Zac you stealing my idea of Lavezzi lol. I would love him here and Menez would be two perfect pick ups in the summer. I think we could get them for around 25m which will be probably the cost of lavezzi. With those 2 additions are team can switch formations permanently. We also have Caceres who can play lb who I would rather see play there which I hope Conte starts to play him there

Also in an interview Conte said he has two formations to choose from so that means he considers the 4-3-1-2 or 4-5-1 or 4-3-3 whatever you want to call it as a back up formation

For the next summer I would reduce the size of our squad a little bit. Some basic changes would include releasing or selling some of the older/injured players or the players that have become surplus for our requirements. Player like Pepe - who I don't believe will regain his previous form - is costing us 2.6m per year, which I find quite absurd and hope this situation gets settled very soon. Pirlo is rapidly declining and he as well fits into that category.

Out:

gross wages + transfers (euros)
Pirlo 7m +0
Padoin 1.4m +0.5m
PDC 2.6m + 3m
Motta 1.2m + 1.5m
Pepe 2.6m + 0m (mutual termination)
Quag 4.2m + 5m
Isla 2.8m

Total 31.8m

In:

gross wages + transfers (euros)
Jorginho 3.2m + 10m
Radja 4m + 15m
Menez 6m + 0

Total 28.2m

With players like Menez and Jorginho we would gain so much needed versatility. This is especially referring to Jorginho who can basically occupy any spot in the middle. Radja although costly could provide excellent backup for our starters in the midfield and might as well challenge them for the starting spot.

Starting XI with subs:
Buffon (Storrari)
Licht (Cacares)-Barzagli (Bonucci)-Chiellini-(Ogbonna)-Cacares (Peluso)
Vidal (Radja)-Pogba (Jorginho)-Asamoah (Marchisio)
(Jorginho) Menez-Llorente (Vucinic)-Tevez (Giovinco)

For further depth I'd would give chance to some of our promising players from younger selections. Needles to say that we would reduce wages for 8m euros and would do a little bit of preparing for the summer 2015, when I expect more funds available for investments.

Nainggolan would cost more than 15m.You people are big hypocrites. You want high transfer fees for your players but you expect teams to sell their star players for reasonable prices.

Clubs like Cagliari will always find it difficult to get more than 10-15m for their players. The less prestigious certain club is the less transfer fee they can count on. They must look at the other side of the business as well. Juventus are the biggest Italian club and as such have specific weight on the transfer market. Many of our youth players are available for a loan every season and Cagliari usually stand in line.

that is a flat 4-3-3 wich is impossible since tevez doesnt want to play on the wing and is much less effective there

I dont see why we need another back up cm who will cost at least 18m. Asamoah 2.0

A 4-2-3-1 is the way to go with tevez behind llorente. After we acquire the necessary players
Agreed really. The best way is allways the get the most out of keyplayers, while looking at the best possible formation to do so.

We got killer cm's, an excellent creative deeplying striker, a complete target lone forward...

All we need is 2 workhorse wingers that add something offensively

If you guy look at it if we do switch to a 4-2-3-1 then we for sure dont need any cms. Pirlo will probably leave so we will most likely play with vidal-pogba/marchisio being the anchors however they will probably alternate going forward while the other one stays back. The wingers thats where we obviously need to spend. If we could get Menez then it would be great. He is still young, has decent pace and I liked him while he was at Roma. Thought he always fought hard. We could also go for some youngee players like griezemann and players like that. For the left I said someone like Lavezzi who I believe can also play as a lw. So Menez and Lavezzi could swap flanks and all that stuff. We need one winger who can really get past him man and a winger who offers work rate and back tracking. If we were to get both lavezzi and menez you get two wingers who I believe are capable of playing on either flank and are plays I see fitting into Conte's tatics. Also I believe we can gwt them for a relatively decent price. If we get Menez for free and probably Lavezzi for around 25m or we could even go for Lucas like soenone mentioned previously who has incredible pace. But those should be our focuses. The only problem is we would then need someone back up wingers which then you are taking about more money. Honestly I think we arw morw than covered in wvery other department. Lb we have peluso, chiellini, caceres, ogbonna and asa if you really have to. Goal Keeper would be my concern but idk who to go for unless we will put our faith in Leali.

As far as cms we would have asa, vidal, marchisio, pogba, and padoin. That is more than enough for 2 positions. For the wingers we would need to spend and for the trequartista, attacking midfielder, second forward whatevee you want to call it we would have Tevez, Vucinic and Marchisio( if we have to ) available for that position. Cfs could be either llorente, vucinic or tevez. We are stacked we really only need wingers
